Oil, 24" x 36"

$450, framed

This painting was based on a fright I had in Hood Canal, Puget Sound, Washington. It was one of my first dives and I was in shallow water, scanning the eelgrass for interesting creatures. Suddenly, I lifted my head and saw this behemoth not more than 5 feet in front of me. Thanks to Steve Billings for helpful photos.
